We want you to love your EnChroma fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply follow our streamlined process to receive a full refund or exchange your item for a different size or style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
